Closet management 101.

Keep all your clothes and shoes in the same general area, organized by function. Divide messy drawers with custom-fit partitions made of foamcore board. Add some structure, and capacity, by adding a rod at the top of your closet for shorter items like jackets and out of season tops. Invest in shoe storage units to arrange shoes, boots and sandals. Put 3M Command hooks up on extra wall space for bathrobe, handbags, scarves or hats. Upgrade your hangers to include multi-garment and specialty shapes for skirts, pants and shirts. And recycle the wire hangers back to us.
